The position is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. This role is also responsible for scheduling meetings and travel for the Branch Manager and Officers, coordinate Visitors’ cards and ID and handle booking services of the branch.

Responsibilities:

 

    • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages

 

    • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff

 

    • Manage external corporate email inbox

 

    • Flag emails to appropriate department or persons for response

 

    • Pick up and deliver post mail(s)

 

    • Respond to public inquiries

 

    • Perform clerical duties in order to maintain information

 

    • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible

 

    • Re-direct calls as appropriate and adequate messages when required

 

    • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general public

 

    • Marketing the company’s services

 

    • Follow-up recruitment calls for clients

 

    • Posting jobs on Business Ghana, and creating database for recruitment team

 

    • Placing calls to shortlisted candidates for interviews

 

  • Any other activities that may be directed to me by immediate boss.
