Proven experience as a machine operator in food, beverage or associated products, this position is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift
Safe lift empty bins/bags to the entry point for filling
Load and unload containers
Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies of finished products stored in cold room
Ensures all materials and products are at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.
Assist in discharging fruit waste after everyday’s production
Maintain an orderly work area and conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
Perform any other job that may be assigned from time to time
Education and Experience:
Basic knowledge in food safety and HACCP
Forklift drivers operating licence
Junior high School or Senior High School certificate
Ability to speak and understand Basic English
